PSA Free Density Total (P-PSAFT)
PSA Free and Total (P-PSAFT)
Excerpt:
Background: A variety of biomarkers have been developed to monitor growth of cancerous diseases and to detect them at an early stage. Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) is a valuable prostate cancer biomarker that is now widely used for population screening, diagnosis, and monitoring of patients with prostate cancer. Other factors than prostate cancer can cause elevation of PSA levels therefore, free prostate specific antigen measurements in serum have been proposed in order to improve the specificity of laboratory identification of prostate cancer.

4. PSA Density Calculation
Go to “MRI Scan” – Findings, Get the needed Information.
Needed information from the MRI Scan. We need to find out the volume of the prostate.
1. Length (L) in mm = L
2. Width (W) in mm = W
3. High (H) in mm = H
4. PSA (ng/ml2) = PSA
5. Formula: L * W * H * (3.14/6) = Prostate Volume (cc)
L = 5.2mm * W = 3.7mm * H = 4.8mm * (3.14/6) = 48.3278 cc
6. Formula: PSA / Volume = PSA Density
PSA = 5.86ng/ml / Prostate Volume 48.3278cc = 0.12125ng/ml/cc
A Big Note:
We have to stay dynamic especially in this case. The PSA is always changing and the volume can only be estimated even when taken with an MRI. So, use this only as a reference number and see if we are going in the right direction by getting the number smaller.
Do not get to nerves or getting depressed, this is just the cycle of life. The most important thing in life is to enjoy the now time, no other time counts or is as important as the now time. Do what you enjoy as long as you can. The problem is that you cannot go back and repair, restore or fix the things you have done.

| 1. | 03/10/2026 | 4.87 | 5.2 | 3.7 | 4.8 | 0.12 |
Conclusion:
We are moving in the correct direction. The PSA Density is changing from 0.24 to 0.12.
This is great news. So, Just keep moving and enjoying life as it was intended.
Thank GOD every day for that miracle to wake up and see the sun coming up in the morning.

Note:
If your % free PSA is 21.5% and your Free PSA is 1.27 ng/mL, that implies your Total PSA is about 5.9 ng/mL (because %free = free/total × 100 → total ≈ 1.27 / 0.215 ≈ 5.9).
In that common PSA context (total PSA roughly in the “4–10” range):
% free PSA ≤ 10%: higher likelihood → biopsy often recommended
% free PSA 10–25%: intermediate likelihood → biopsy is often considered (depends on other risk factors)
% free PSA > 25%: lower likelihood → biopsy less likely

Could your prostate cancer risk be hiding in your blood test results?
The Prostate Health Index (PHI) score is a powerful tool that helps doctors detect clinically significant prostate cancer and reduce unnecessary biopsies. This score combines total prostate-specific antigen (PSA), free PSA, and [-2] pro-PSA to give a clearer picture of prostate health than PSA testing alone. It’s especially useful for men with PSA levels between 2 and 10 ng/mL, where cancer detection can be most uncertain.
Are you a science denier ?
No way, we are liberals!!!
We believe in transgenderism.
Men can change into a women and compete fair and square with that extra God given testosterone. We know that once you are a full fledged woman you even can give birth to a healthy baby or just abort it after birth, like a good mentally deranged liberal. Only a real transformed Man can give birth, all other are just birthers. We believe only in science when it has to do with the Wuhan generated deadly virus the COVID-19 killer shot.

Do not be an asshole.
- I never cared if someone was “gay” until they started shoving it in my face, and the faces of our children.
- I never cared what color they are, until they started blaming my race for their problems.
- I never cared about their political affiliation until they started to condemn me for mine.
- I never cared where you were born until they wanted to erase my history and blame my ancestors for their current problems.
- I never cared if you were well-off or poor, until they said they were discriminated against, when I was promoted because I worked harder.
- I never cared if their beliefs were different from mine, until they said my beliefs were wrong.
- I never cared if I owned a gun until they told me I would not be allowed to. (or take the ones I own legally).
Now I do care.
