The cholesterol levels show how much cholesterol is circulating in your blood. Your HDL (“good” cholesterol) is the one number you want to be high (ideally above 60).  LDL (“bad” cholesterol) should be below 100. Total should be below 200. Talk with your provider about what your results mean for you and how to manage your cholesterol

Triglycerides are a very common kind of fat in your body. They’re in butter and other fats in food. You also make triglycerides from extra calories to use later. But high triglyceride levels can raise your risk of issues like heart attacks and strokes. Exercise and other healthy habits can bring triglyceride levels back to normal

Excerpt:

High-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol is known as the “good” cholesterol because it helps remove other forms of cholesterol from the bloodstream. A higher level of HDL cholesterol is linked to a lower risk of heart disease.

Cholesterol is a waxy substance that’s in every cell in the body. At healthy levels, cholesterol does useful work. This includes helping the body’s cells work as they should. HDL moves through the bloodstream on proteins called lipoproteins

Key Takeaways

Your cholesterol/HDL ratio is your total cholesterol divided by your HDL level.
A cholesterol/HDL ratio of below 3.5 is optimal and indicates a very low risk for heart disease.
Ratios above 5 to 1 are considered high and may mean an elevated risk for heart disease. Talk to your healthcare provider about treatment options.

2. UT1
3. TX1 03/16/2026 157H < 130 mg/dl

Excerpt:

Non-HDL cholesterol is a number on your lipid panel that shows how much “bad” cholesterol is in your blood. It measures cholesterol carried on LDLs, VLDLs and other particles known to cause plaque buildup. It doesn’t include the “good” (HDL) cholesterol. A high non-HDL raises your heart disease risk. Medications and dietary changes can help.

I found a new Pronoun.

This is what we have become. We are wondering about our future as normal people. In the hospital patience application you can add your pronoun if you wish. To me, just asking for a pronoun is mentality sick.

I found a new pronoun for me, just in case the Hospital needs one and I am ready for it.

My new found Pronoun.

My second birthday in my first life. It was dark at night with the sun shining in my face. It happened Yesterday, three days ago with the sun setting in the morning at 5:85pm.

Now, I am a reborn lesbian Woman of Color.
My Pronounce is “White Man”.

I am wonder if I get a special “Two for One” deal from my doctor. A “Pap smear” and a “Prostate screening” at the same time. Hopefully “IT” will check my uterus for free. Or is that special deal for Mentally deranged sick liberals ONLY. Now you are telling me that you are a science denier, what is wrong with you. You believed that the Covid-19 shot was safe and effective. We know now better, it was and still is a killer shot. Just as the lying SOB, so called Dr. Fauci had nothing to do with the Wuhan lab of developing the deadly virus.

Many Greetings
White Man
