My Journey with Prostate Cancer Part 4

Have you seen the light and want to change?

The answer is a laud and clear yes, so what is my fist step? Start looking within and listen to your inner voice. It will guide you. Listening to your inner voice without action is a wast of time and energy. So, action is the most important thing you can do. Take small steps and expand on them as you go. Can you hear your inner voice? Have you notice that someone is taking to you an a regular basis and no one is around you. This is your inner voice. Every body has one, you included. Your inner voice is helping you, please listen. Just sit in a quiet place and listen to your inner voice. It takes a little practice, but in the end it is the best advice you can get from yourself. It will guide you to a better place. Listen carefully to your inner voice and see what it has to say. Just listen to it and take it in without arguing, denying it or any comment positive or negative, be neutral. This gives you the opportunity to think about. Over time you will find out that it is helping you in the long run, even if at the present time you can have a different opinion.

Norby

Experience of the inner voice.

I was flying my Paraglider at 11500 feet in the Alps above a mountain. Suddenly a voice screamed very laud into my ear “Be careful”. I made a full circle to see who it was. Nobody flew around me and I realized it was my inner voice. That was a warning for me to keep flying and be more aware of my surroundings. Things like, Did the wind got stronger? Did the wind direction change? I’m still OK? After a while I decided to fly away from the mountain to a safer place.

I am not a Doctor, but I work with common sense.

61. Added CBD oil to the mix.

03-29-2025

Today I started also with CBD oil. This oil has no THC in it, so I hope that this is not addictive at all.  Hopefully that is another notch in my belt to combat the cancer. One never knows. Remember, when the count down has started, you will not add a second to the your given life.

62. Positive, Negative Emotions!

04-13-2025

I was thinking about my next test results of the PSA test. It is interesting to notice how my emotion are moving from negative to positive thinking, up and down. What if the PSA number is not moving down at all, what if they are moving up, even with Fenbendazole of 500 mg 5days On / 2 days Off. Will they move at all? What is my next step? I do not know yet what todo next.

63. PSA number up, down today?

05-07-2025

Today I took another PSA Test with Quest Diagnostic in Utah. This test came out with a PSA number of 3.60.

This number is excellent and shows me that Ivermectin and Fenbendazole are working and pushing the PSA number down.

What I noticed with this test, there was a problem. From the time they took the blood to the time the lab tested the PSA level, there was a time gap of more then 6 hours. Quest diagnostic gave me a warning that the number is maybe not correct because of the time laps.

So I went for another test.

This was the problem with the Test:

Your SPECIMEN INTEGRITY COMPROMISED Result

Whole blood, unspun or partially spun gel barrier tube was received more than 6 hours since collection. A false elevation of K, Phos and LD as well as a false decrease in glucose may occur due to prolonged contact with red cells.

Now I was hoping that the lag time of six hours did not effect the next test in a negative way, meaning that the next numbers are going up.

64. Need to redo the PSA test.

05-09-2025

I need to redo the lab test again. Got the result in the evening and it did change from the problem test. The number went up to 3.97 from 3.60. Remember, the Quest Diagnostic test is off by 20%. Now I need to add 3.97 + 20% = 4.764 so now I can compare this number with my PSA number from the Hospital test of 9.3 of the very first PSA test. This is a 51% reduction in the PSA number. This is what I call amazing.

65. Interesting question, no answers.

05-10-2025

I have no idea about that plus 20% correction number for Quest Diagnostic PSA tests. Is that a linear correction number, meaning, add 20% to a low PSA and for a high PSA also plus 20%. Or is this the average correction number. We will see when I take another PSA test at my Dr. Lab. Just an observation and something to think about that idea.

66. Oh No, Norby is thinking again!

05-11-2025

This looks extremely good to me. The question I have is this.

A. Do I keep the same 500mg/ day 5days on 2days off or do I change anything else.

B. Do I increase / decrease the mg of Fenbendazole? My goal is to take as little as possible Fenbendazole, but at the same time I would like to see the numbers go down a little bit more.

C. Wondering if I should be switching / rotating Ivermectin with Fenbendazole.

So, what I am going to is the current curse for all 90 days with Fenbendazole 500mg 5days on / 2 days off.

67. Feeling a changing today!

05-12-2025

Today I had a couple of short sweating spells. They lasted about 3-5 minutes. Not to bad once but I noticed them.

Today I changed my thinking about Fenbendazole. I am going to change Fenbendazole from 500mg / day for 5 days on / tow days off to 250mg / day for 5 days On / 2 days off. Basically I take 1/2 a tablet. The goal of this change is to cut back and see the change.

I need an answer to those questions.

A. Will the PSA number go up and how fast?

B. Will it stay the same? The same as if I am in the maintenance mode.

C. Will the number still go down, maybe a little bit slower, or  a lot slower. That is what I am hopping for.

Next Test after the trip to Rom.

68. Do I doubt myself today?

05-14-2025

My thinking for today.

I am never sure of my next step with the cancer. What to do and how to move forward, but what I know for sure is that I am going to go with my inner voice and follow its guidance.

This is why I did not like the operation or Radiation. Both ideas will / should take care of the cancer what we know where the cancer currently is.

With the operation of removing the cancer and miss a single cancer cell, the cancer will grow again and the cancer will come back.

With the Radiation, not just the cancer cell gets eradicated, but also the non cancer cells around the cancer cell. This to me does not sound good at all.

69. Norby thinks again, not bad!

05-15-2025

There is a 2.2% theoretical chance that the cancer comes back regardless what we are doing. Of curse I have no idea what the real, actual number is for my body and soul.

This is why I like Ivermectin / Fenbendazole a lot better because it will look for, hopefully find the cancer throughout the body, not just on a specific place, the one we checked via the Scan. This should take care of the problem when the cancer moves to other places like into the bones (metastasis).

I will stay dynamic and make changes as needed to follow my inner voice, but listen and evaluate other ideas.

70. Not again, Norby is thinking!

05-15-2025

Now we need to assume a theoretical concept and idea for a better understanding of why I do the things I do, the way I do them.

71. Option One.

05-15-2025

Let’s assume I do the operation to remove the cancer.

On one side this action would for sure extend my life for X many days or even month. If this is the positive outcome. If that is the only place cancer is located. That is the big question for me.

On the other side it can put me in a negative emotional spiral downwards since now I can not travel anymore, will be bound to stay at home and be limited what I can do at all. I would have at minimum of two operations. The first one to remove the cancer and the second one to remove the tubing and put things back the way it was before the operation. That means two recovery times if everything goes as good as planned. If there are complications, continues infections than this recovery may takes a lot longer and for sure will put me in an emotional downward spiral. Also my sexual activity will also be impacted or even terminated. That is not good emotionally either. I will be sitting in front of the TV and count how many soap stories I can handle per day. This is not good for my body or soul. That will also cut down my life expectancy for sure.

72. Option Two.

05-15-2025

Do not do the operation, Chemo or Radiation at all. This could get me in trouble big time. The cancer can spreed very fast and kill me sooner than later. With the current treatment I am doing with Ivermectin and Fenbendazole hopefully that will slow things down. In reality nobody knows the future. My doctor could not tell me if the cancer has spread already or not. He assumes not, because the PSA number of 9.3 was very low in relation of spreading the cancer.

Assuming without verifying is not knowing and not knowing does not help me.

If the cancer has spread already, with the Operation and Radiation, this is the wrong treatment. We kill the Cancer in one place and it is spreading in another section of the body. This is why I like Ivermectin and or Fenbendazole a lot better. It goes where the cancer is, not where we assumed it is.

73. Is sex life getting better?

05-22-2025

It sure feels and looks better than before I took Ivermectin and Fenbendazole. I have not found any documentation or info about the connection. I need to check my male hormone level Testosterone.

What I understood was that, if you reduce, remove or block Testosterone, you starve the cancer cells also. That also will effect my sexuality. This is not good for me either.

74. Ivermectin, Fenbendazole did it.

05-21-2025

My PSA was 9.3, is now 4.72

No Operation, No Radiation, No Chemo, Nothing but with Ivermectin and Fenbendazole. And my Doctor and Nurse did not support me taking Ivermectin and or Fenbendazole at all. All what they wanted is to Operate ASAP.

This is what I found also. This is interesting to know.

The standard or normal range without cancer for prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels can vary based on age. For a 72-year-old man, a PSA level of up to 6.5 ng/mL is often considered within the normal range. However, it’s important to note that PSA levels can be influenced by various factors, including prostate size, inflammation, and individual health conditions.

75. #1 How to detect metastasis.

05-21-2025

A. Imaging Tests

   – **Bone Scintigraphy (Bone Scan)**:

This test is used to identify bone metastases. It involves injecting a small amount of radioactive material into a vein, which is attracted to areas of high bone activity, indicating potential cancer spread.

B. CT Scan (Computed Tomography)

CT scan can help visualize the abdomen and pelvis to check for enlarged lymph nodes or metastases in other organs.

76. #2 How to detect metastasis.

05-22-2025

**MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)**: MRI is particularly useful for assessing soft tissue involvement and can help detect metastases in the pelvic region.

**PET Scan (Positron Emission Tomography)**: A PET scan can provide information about metabolic activity in tissues and may help identify areas of metastasis.

77. #3 How to detect metastasis.

05-22-2025

**Blood Tests**:

– **Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) Test**: Elevated levels of PSA in the blood can indicate prostate cancer and may suggest metastasis, especially if levels rise significantly after treatment.

**Other Blood Tests**:

Tests to assess liver function, kidney function, and other markers may also be performed to evaluate overall health and potential metastasis.

78. #4 How to detect metastasis.

05-22-2025

**Biopsy**:

– In some cases, a biopsy of suspicious areas (such as enlarged lymph nodes or bone lesions) may be performed to confirm the presence of cancer cells.

**Clinical Evaluation**:

– A thorough physical examination and review of symptoms (such as bone pain, weight loss, or fatigue) can provide important clues about the presence of metastasis.

79. Fast changing actions.

05-22-2025

I am learning more and more the good side of being independent and fully responsible for my life. This also helps me to make fast decisions about changing the doses of Ivermectin and or Fenbendazole. The time from getting a result of the PSA test to changing the doses is very short,  usually it takes a single day. If I had to make an
appointment with the doctor, that takes weeks and the doses may not get  changed at all. I prefer to put my foot in the water and see for myself how hot the water is. That gives me instance feedback and the doses gets changed immediately.

80. Stool color change

05-22-2025

Must we be talking about this? Yes, we do. I noticed a color change in my stool from normal to more a gray color once I changed from Ivermectin to Fenbendazole of 500mg. Will see if the color gets to normal since I changed from 500mg to 250mg. Just an observation. Need to see if that is an indication of bad or good things to come!

More research is needed to find out.
