5. Make the best Decision for the day.

Any decision we make is in our hands. From the time we get up in the morning to the time we go to bed. So, what can we do to make today a great day and not just a bad day or even a miserable day. We are living between B (Birth) and D (Dead) and the C (Choice) is in the middle. Yup, that is our life. Anything we do is a choice. From getting up in the morning for breakfast, to the things we do during the day, including when we are going to bed.

Now we got a new understanding.

Once we deeply understand that principle we suddenly realize the good and bad outcome of the day is in our hands. That makes us responsible for our life. This is the greatest discovery for ourselves. Now we can plan each day so that in the long term our lives turns out the way we want it. It takes a lot of work but in the end everything is just great. We take full responsibility for our lives by choosing a path that keeps us happy, fulfilled and in sync with nature.

The morning starts in the evening!

This sounds like it is something new but in reality it is an old idea with a new twist. Before you go to bet, think of what you want to accomplish the next day. This is very simple, but most people do not do that. This gives you seven to eight ours to sleep over it. Your brain is working on the problems you want to tackle the next day. When you wake up, you got a solution or a new path to accomplish your task. It takes work, interest and a willingness to make mistakes. Remember a mistake is needed to find the best possible solution with the current knowledge.

I woke up, now what?

First things first, make the bed. What the heck that has to do with all the problems I have with the current project. Actually a lot, it will set your mood, makes you feel good and prepares you for the day. Now your mood is in a better position that gives you courage to get started and fix the problems with the current project.

Do I start with the most difficult problem first, that is the question?

What works for me best, is the morning time. It is the most important time of the day for me. I do my thinking and the most difficult action of the day. I do not read emails, answer phone calls, no meetings or anything that interrupts me to full fill and complete my first task of the day. This time belongs to me and nobody else Period. No interruptions of any kind. This time of day I need the most emotionally energy and concentration. It is a task that not just needs to be done but also a task that I would like to do and enjoy with my full emotion. Enjoy the new found problems and find a solution for all of them. It is a mind set and it promotes an even flow of interest to solve the current problem. You think positive, find one solution, the next and the next and suddenly there is a continuous flow of energy, interest and a new found fulfillment to finally take care of lives minor inconvenient but important actions.

The first task is completed, what do I do next?

From here on we are going downhill in a good sense. The next problem we are tackling is easier, needs less energy and or concentration. Our mood is also a lot better, emotions to the first problem coming down and all because the most difficult problem is no more. You are clad it is done and not hanging over your head any more. That keeps you emotionally upbeat and helps you tackle the next problem with a positive can do attitude.
