An interesting observation.

This is the story. I went to the dentist for my checkup. He had to fix one tooth with no problems. It was an easy fix. When I left the dentist the tooth felt normal after the dentist worked on it. The following days my teeth got more sensitive. Especially they are hurting on both sides of my mouth at night. So I went back to the dentist, he rechecked the teeth and everything is OK. So, I went to another dentist and she confirmed that everything looks OK with the teeth. I still had problems with them, got a night guard. Maybe I was grinding the teeth over night. Never had done that before, what I am aware of.
Today I read an article about cancer treatment and tooth problems. Now I am wonder if there is a connection for me having prostate cancer and a tooth problems. Do not jump the gun, will keep the left eye on it.

More info about that in the Nigerian Journal of Medicine:

Are changes needed?

Change the current environment to become a better you.

Sometimes we need to make changes to the outer world  environment so that we can change our inner world. This is important for body and soul. It will give you the opportunity to make a change easier within yourself.  To answer that question.

Same environment, same result.

You need to hear my story from the past. I was born in Germany and left Germany wen I was 23 yeas old for the USA. Of course I visit my parents as often as I could. After the third visit I become aware of something that I never noticed before. As soon as I opened the front door and steeped into my parents house I became emotionally about 12 years old. In reality I was 31 years old at that time. That was an interesting experience to see me go back to be and become a child again. One can ask, How is that possible?

Let me explain how that transformation takes place.

As soon as I stepped into  my parents home I realized that nothing, absolutely nothing has changed. I am talking about from my parents to my brothers and sisters, they have not changed at all. Even the house still smells and feels exactly the same way when I left 20 years earlier.

The conversation we had were exactly the same we had 20 years earlier about the neighbors and about other people. It became clear to others that my hole life has changed, my outlook, my perception of what is important to me, that changed the dynamic of the conversation. So, when I expressed the changes that needed to be done within me, I was told not to talk about it. This could upset other people and made them uncomfortable. In reality it was upsetting my family that one can change for the better and still enjoy a different life cycle on this green earth.

Changes are a good thing.

On the other side they were stuck in there way of life without making any changes in there lives. When you change your environment you have the greatest opportunity to change yourself. This can be done when you meet new people. You can project to be a new person and a different person, the one you want to become. After a while you will grow into that person.

Take your time, you can do it.

This is the change you were looking for. Give it your best, give it time and the karma of good change will follow you. Let the inner voice guide you through the ups and downs. After a while you become that person you always dreamed of but could not make the change at your parents house. They would never let you make that change, they will keep you the way you were as a child. In fact, they try to talk you out of you wanting to change. With any way possible. If you do not change, they for sure do not want to change. Change is scary for them.

Family members, Friend or foe?

Even family members will suddenly behave differently in front of you. They also will stab you in the back for sure. For not just having the desire to make a change in your life but also that you are still working on new behavior to become and be happier.
Norby’s Recommendation:
It is time to start looking at your current environment to see if it helps you, hinders you or even slows you down in life. If so, it is time to change the way you live and use this opportunity to become a better self.

Analysis (UA) with reflex to Microscopic (P-UA)

Excerpt:

Urine test: Urine analysis is test commonly done to check for infection, blood, sugar, ketones etc. The reflex microscopic portion is done automatically if the initial test shows any abnormality. For example, if there are signs of infection, then technicians will automatically look at the specimen under the microscope to see if there are any bacteria. This helps to decide on further testing and treatment.

Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) tests can be confusing, especially when doctors start talking about “free PSA” and “total PSA.” This guide will break down what PSA is, explain the difference between free and total PSA in simple terms, and why these tests matter for prostate cancer screening and diagnosis.

% free PSA between 10% and 25% – Intermediate risk: This is the gray zone within the gray zone. If your free PSA percentage falls here, the risk of cancer is moderate – not clearly high or low. For example, about 15% free PSA might translate to roughly a 25–30% chance of cancer. In this range, doctors consider other factors (age, family history, prostate size, etc.) and might suggest additional evaluation, such as repeating the PSA test, getting an MRI of the prostate, or proceeding with a biopsy depending on how other risk factors stack up. It isn’t an automatic “yes” or “no” – it’s a careful decision zone.

What does bilirubin in urine mean?

Bilirubin is not supposed to appear in the urine. The appearance of bilirubin in urine is called Bilirubinuria. The presence of bilirubin crystals in urine or bilirubin in urine is not regular and indicates a liver problem.

Spotting blood in your urine can be a deeply unsettling experience. Whether it appears as a dramatic change in colour or is only picked up on a routine urine test, the presence of blood—known medically as haematuria—should never be dismissed. Sometimes the cause is straightforward and easy to treat, but on other occasions, it can be the first clue to a more serious underlying health issue.

Urine colors can change with a person’s health and habits, as well as with a urinary tract infection or after eating certain foods. Clear urine may mean they drink too much water, while dark brown urine can indicate liver disease.

Urine color can be a useful indicator of how hydrated a person is. Certain foods and medications may also alter urine color.

Glycosuria, also sometimes called glucosuria, happens when you have more glucose or other sugars (such as lactose, fructose, or galactose) in your urine than is normal.

Normally, your body releases glucose in your urine when your blood sugar levels are too high. In healthy people, your kidneys filter the glucose and reabsorb most of it back into your blood.

If your doctor tests your urine and finds too many leukocytes, it could be a sign of infection. Leukocytes are white blood cells created in the bone marrow and found in your blood and tissue. They are part of the immune system. When you have allergies, inflammation, infection, or disease, your body makes more leukocytes than usual to seek out and destroy the germs causing them. Having more of these in your urine than usual often indicates a problem in your urinary tract.

Almost everyone eats a diet that includes nitrates. These compounds are found naturally in vegetables and are also added to foods like processed meats to help preserve them. Most of the time, nitrates pass through our bodies without causing problems.

Bacteria can turn nitrates into similar compounds called nitrites, which are then excreted in urine. For this reason, healthcare providers will sometimes use urine dipstick testing for nitrites to diagnose urinary tract infections (UTIs).

Protein in your urine (proteinuria) can be a sign that protein is getting past your kidneys’ filtration system and leaving your body in your pee. It can make your pee look foamy or bubbly. Kidney disease, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, preeclampsia and other serious conditions can cause it. Other causes include dehydration and fever.

Specific gravity of urine is a type of urine test that helps healthcare providers understand the amount of water and waste products are in your pee. A typical specific gravity of urine range is 1.005 to 1.030. Dehydration, over hydration or certain conditions may cause your specific gravity of urine to be outside that range.

Excerpt:

Urobilinogen forms as the liver processes bilirubin from red blood cells and releases it into the intestine.

Urobilinogen is a substance that is produced when bilirubin, a waste product produced by the breakdown of red blood cells, is processed in the liver and released into the intestine. Some of the urobilinogen produced in the intestine is reabsorbed and returned to the liver; the rest is excreted in the feces.

A small amount of urobilinogen is excreted in the urine in the form of urobilin. Urobilinogen is colorless, while urobilin gives urine its yellow color.
